Spinach Salad with Pistachios

Pairs well with the balsamic dressing and the mustard orange dressing

Ingredients 

• 1 small box of baby spinach or about ½ a big one
• ½ cup pistachios (roasted and salted)
• ½ cup fresh cherries cut in half (dried cherries or cranberries also work well here)

 
To make this a meal you can add:
Goat cheese
Grilled Chicken

Method
Mix everything together in a large bowl then add 2-3 tablespoons of salad dressing and toss.
