Pairs well with the Mustard Orange Dressing
1 bag or small container of baby spinach
1 small avocado diced
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1 orange, peeled and sliced
To make this a meal add:
Grilled salmon or shrimp
Canned chickpeas (be sure to rise them before serving)
Mix everything together in a large bowl then add 2-3 tablespoons of salad dressing and toss.
