I’ve worked with many women helping them prioritize self-care so that they can be successful and make a difference in the world. In the process, I learned that health and wellness is not discussed enough. Many times women in leadership positions put self-care on the “back burner”, this has negative impact on their ability to have long-term influence on the issues that are important to them. Making self care a priority allows women to be strong leaders with the stamina they need to have lasting impact.
In my speaking and workshops I give women practical tips that will help them approach health and wellness in a way that does not take over their lives but rather allows them to thrive. I focus on strategies that are easy to incorporate into your daily life and will have a huge impact on your health and productivity.
