Stress has been part of your life for decades. It’s been a never-ending cycle since the moment you entered adulthood, and somehow has become more acute and intense as the years go on.

Meet Your Coach

Hi, I’m Ingrid.

Before I became a health coach, I spent 17+ years working in local government and human rights. I LOVED my jobs for the first few years, but as time passed, I gradually became more overworked, struggling to stay motivated, and eventually, hit complete burnout. Like you, no stress-management tactic seemed to work for me. I had nowhere in my schedule to fit hours of self-care every day, and had no incentive to stick with any new habits long-term.


After working with my own coach, I left my job in local government and went back to school to study health and wellness. Today, I help women like you learn how to prioritize their own health so they can stay on top of their careers and avoid burnout.

Program Investment: Sliding Scale Payment Plan
YOU Thrive 9-week Program 


​I believe wellness and stress management programs should be accessible for all women. For this reason, I am happy to make You Thrive available on a self-selecting sliding scale payment plan to fit within your budget and financial needs.

Here are some guidelines to help you make that decision: 

Sustenance • $197

This is the most accessible rate.
​

This rate is the best choice for you if stress is impacting your quality of life and relationships, and:
  • If you are unemployed or underemployed,
  • ​Have little or no access to savings,
  • Rarely go on vacation,
  • ​You frequently stress about meeting your basic needs.

Scholarship • $397

This is the middle-of-the-road rate.
​

This rate is the best choice for you if stress is impacting your quality of life and relationships, and:
  • You are able to meet your basic needs regularly
  • Finances are a source of your stress, but not the primary source
  • You take vacations occasionally but only if you have been able to set money aside.  

Standard • $597

This is the standard rate.

This rate is the best choice for you if stress is impacting your quality of life and relationships, and:
  • Finances aren’t the main source of your stress
  • You have expendable income, and
  • Are able to go on vacation at least once a year

Logistics and Call Schedule

Calls will be held every Tuesday at 12:30pm (EST)/ 9:30am (PST) *

1:1 Coaching sessions: If you were one the the first two people to sign up, your coaching calls will be scheduled with Ingrid after you have signed up for the program. 

* Can't make a call?  No need to stress! All the sessions are recorded and resources will be emailed to you shortly after the live call. You’ll also have access to all 9 weeks worth of group calls to refer back to forever!

Is this program only for women who work in an office or business owners?
Absolutely not! Stress and burnout affects all of us whether we work at an office or not. Everyone is welcome.  

I don't live in the United States can I still sign up? 
Yes, the group program is open to everyone everywhere all session are held on Zoom so location is not a problem.
