Mustard Orange Dressing

Ingredients 
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup orange juice, fresh squeezed (I used blood oranges)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard  
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Method 

​In a jar, combine olive oil, vinegar, orange juice, mustard and shake well.
